Reservations you make using the online booking system
We utilize the online booking system by eviivo on our website, to show availability, take your reservation, and to process your payment. Please see eviivo’s Privacy Policy to learn how they store and use your personal information.
Bookings we take over the phone
If instead of booking online using the eviivo system you call us directly, we will make a written record of your name, party size, the dates of your stay, room assigned, phone number, address, and your credit card information so that we are able to enter your booking into the eviivo system on your behalf. All bookings and payments are handled in the eviivo system.
Once the personal information on the note card has been entered into the eviivo system, the note card is securely disposed of.
Embedded & Linked content from other websites
Pages on our website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Financial payment information written on note cards is only retained until it has been entered into the eviivo system, at which time it is securely disposed of.
We may retain your name, dates of your past stays and your contact information indefinitely in written form, outside of the eviivo online booking system. Please see eviivo’s Privacy Policy to learn how long they may retain your personal information in their online booking system.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you in our written record. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
