Reservations

• State and Local taxes may apply
• We require a deposit equaling one night’s stay at the time of booking
• Group bookings may require a larger deposit
• Peak Season weekends may require a 2-night minimum stay

General Cancellations

If you cancel more than two weeks before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $15 cancellation fee per room. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date, we will issue a fully transferable gift certificate for the amount of your deposit, minus a $15 cancellation fee per room. Please speak to the innkeeper regarding our policies for group bookings.

Please note booking partners such as Booking.com, AirBnB.com, etc. may have different cancellation policies. It is your responsibility to carefully read their policy when booking through them. You can book directly on our website.

Holiday Period Cancellations

If you cancel more than four weeks before your reservation date, we will refund your deposit minus a $15 cancellation fee. If you cancel within four weeks of your reservation date, we will not issue a refund or gift certificate, and we will charge all reserved rooms at full rates for all reserved days unless we are able to re-rent those rooms and dates. This policy includes the following holidays:

• Memorial Day weekend (Friday through Monday)
• Labor Day weekend (Friday through Monday)
• Christmas / New Year’s week (December 24th – January 1st)

Children

We welcome children ages 6 and older. If you book the entire B&B for your group, you may bring children of any age.

Guest Pets

Unfortunately we cannot accept guest pets on the property. You can board your pet at Willow Tree Kennels only 5 minutes from Country Sunshine.

Service dogs are welcome. Please let us know when booking with us.

Additional Information

• The innkeepers speak English and German
• Country Sunshine is home to a friendly dog “Sonny” and a cat “Fonzie”
• All guest rooms are smoke-free. Guests may smoke only outside.
• Guests may consume alcohol on the premises.
• Continental breakfast served in the morning
• Fresh baked Country Sunshine cookies are always available, as are a variety of hot teas, hot chocolate, cold and hot water
• Our outdoor hot tub is always available
• Ample off-street parking
